Je ne recommenderai jamais cette établissement, très déçu

Le personnel.

J’ai payé le triple des autres qui ont booke en même temps que nous et ont eu une bouteille de vin. L’hôtel étais tellement plein que l’expérience piscine et spa étais horrible. J’ai demander 2 oreillers supplémentaire et il en avais plus.ma chambres sentait la cigarette et aucune ventilation pour aérer, les fenêtre étais tellement buée que j’ai due mettre une serviette par terre et sur le bord car il y avait plein d’eau. Le bord du bain étais brûler…. L’air climatiser étais toutes briser…

Bel hôtel, propre et confortable, mais pas de restauration interne. Pour manger, il faut sortir !

Grand stationnement, personnel efficace, propreté, confort, grands lits, ...

Il manquait la barre pour suspendre des porte-manteaux. Les porte-manteaux étaient là, mais pas la barre ! Comment suspendre nos vêtements. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé !! Pour manger, le matin, le midi ou le soir, il fallait sortir de l'hôtel. Il faisait beau, tant mieux, mais s'il avait plu ou neigé, cela aurait été très désagréable.

Hôtel bien situé, piscine agréable

Accueil sympathique, piscine bien chauffée ouverte de 9h à 22h. Très calme en basse saison. Bien situé à 10mn en voiture des Chutes-Montmorency et du vieux Québec. Parking gratuit

Chambre et salle de bain à rafraîchir. Déco un peu désuète. Le restaurant était fermé cependant possibilité de restauration à proximité. Idem pour le petit déjeuner.

Great value hotel

The hotel’s location is central, with Tim Hortons & McDonalds at a walking distance, which turned out to be very convenient for us. Rooms were clean & we arrived earlier at around 3pm but the staff managed to have our rooms ready for us although check in time was 4pm. Facilities were great, especially the swimming pool & splash pad. Our kids loved it.

Only thing missing was that the washrooms didn’t have an exhaust. It’ll also be great if rooms are provided with microwaves. Everything else was good

i’ll go back but be prepared and bring my own pillows

it was very clean and nice stuff, very well located

pillow very high and the curtain did not close completely , so the light /sun comes in very early

Good stay, good food at the restaurant and very helpful and friendly staffs

My 2nd time staying here. I love the balcony, way to connect with friends after a long trip. The staffs are very helpful, i enjoy the pool and comfort in my room.

The room card doesn’t read properly so need to go to the reception all the time.

It was excellent for what I wanted

It was comfortable and near the city of Quebec and Beauport. I was there for an event in Beauport . It has a swimming pool a very nice steak restaurant and a beauty Salon.

I will never stay at one of your hotels again

The room was dirty , hooks off the wall in bathroom bed sheets not fitting properly, terrible tv , bottom of doors rotting Way overpriced

the staff in the entrance … they are not smiling, nor customer service are poor… only the Filipina cleaning lady is very good…

The pool area was creative. More lighting would be nice.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at...if other places were not fully booked we would have left immediately. There were wads of gum on the floor, used kleenex, empty food wrappers and other garbage that stayed in the same place the entire time that were never cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty. The locks on the door of our room were broken. Paint was chipping. There was paint cracked and chipped hanging from ceilings.

Okay but, I’ll not visit again

At first we couldn’t get the right key for room then , the room was smelled which was uncomfortable to breath then the fan voice was annoying until morning couldn’t sleep . But, stuffs were lovely 😊
