friendly staff, helpful... clean lobby, good breakfast..bed was comfy
rug is frayed, not safe
bathroom is in awful condition. tub old and so marked up and was hair in it..bathroom floor/baseboard areas filthy.. dirty doors inside and out thru out the room.. toilet so old, seat broken and no grab bar.. old toilet so low hard for seniors to use..grab bar in shower rusty and gross! whole bathroom needs redone!! turned us off!!

I love that the hotel was perfect friendly and at a reasonable rate
I didn't like our room being changed to a different room than I paid for on arrival. The front desk stated that the room was an upgrade but in reality it was not because it had 2 double beds instead of the queen bed originally booked. The staff apologized and got us the room we paid for.
