Room was great, good size with most requirements and very well appointed. More importantly it was squeaky clean.
Ample parking at the premises, which was an important requirement.
Excellent location.
Bathroom was uncomfortably small, though functional.
Breakfast was served in a restaurant privately operated next to hotel building, Breakfast carried C$ 10 value and covered a restricted menu. Guests were allowed to order any item on the menu with a discount of C$ 10 with balance payable by the guest via card or cash only with facility to add on hotel room bill not available.

The coffee machine in the main office was a real bonus. The ability to choose from a variety of coffee options was a nice touch
Every thing was good except for the breakfast. We were given coupons to go to Ricki’s for breakfast. There were two offerings. Hotcake or French toast. Nothing fresh and on the last day, it took 30 minutes to get served. Even though you could use $10 credit towards other tings in the menu, we prefer to have an in house breakfast option found in most motor inns where you can choose from series, bread, toast and fresh fruit etc.

Location. Ease of access to all Kelowna amenities.
It didn’t feel safe after 7pm. Lots of unsavoury characters in parking lot, on street corner. Room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard each day. Last 2 nights had very noisy neighbours
