The hotel staff and restaurant staff were awesome. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a wheelchair access room when they saw my husband was in a wheelchair and I explained that I didn’t know how to reserve a wheelchair accessible room on the computer. We were there for 7 days and they were able to give us the room for 4 days and upgraded us to a queen room for the last 3 days from a double bed room. We had stayed in rooms with double beds on our way to Kelowna and found we couldn’t get the wheelchair between the beds so it was a struggle for my husband to get to bed.
The restaurant staff were awesome too . They remembered what we liked to drink and had it to us in 1-2 min of entering the restaurant and accommodated my husbands pickiness. We will definitely stay there again.

The tv controls are a bit frustrating, however all staff we encountered were great. Food and Service in Vintner's was really good. Would be great to have a complimentary water in the room.
