Very personable hostess, lovely view over Okanagan Lake, comfort and cleanliness.. Location adjacent to Knox Mountain Park which is good for hiking and birdwatching.
As this was a private home there was a shared bathroom with 2 other sets of guests. No serious problem because I knew this before booking

The host was friendly, generous with fresh fruit. In a covid times
It was not mentioned in the booking ad, that the driveway was extremely steep, hard to keep your car doors open just to exit your vehicles, then you had to walk up a steep incline to reach the stairs, which was another 25 steps to get into the residence. If you are slightly compromised
You may not make the hike. Would like to see this information in the ad.
The room on the surface looked clean but dust was everywhere the chair rails the mantle etc, that kind of dust layer has been there for a long while.
