Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and updated, bed was comfy too. The continental breakfast was decent for being included in the cost. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of downtown. We'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel was walking distance to the boardwalk, beautiful park, and beach. There was a good vibe with lots of good restaurants.
The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, and nice towels.
Enjoyed the full breakfast buffet before heading out. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I hope we will have a chance to stay at the Royal Anne Hotel again.
