wonderful location and I would return here if I visited Quebec again. Everything was within walking distance. Local restaurants, grocery store, liquor store all within a block. Room was fine and fully stocked with everything you could possible need while you stayed there. Plenty of room for two suitcases and bags. Bed was comfortable. Had access to an outside balcony for afternoon drinks so that was a plus.
common areas need upgrading. Again everything was there but just needed an upgrade.

The loft that we were assigned was excellent. Spacious and well equipped. The house has many other places to sit and relax.
The stairs, too many and too steep. Also the reception was only open at times.

Great location. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! This has been our 2nd stay and would definitely return.
The limited tight parking space especially if you have a large vehicle. But the owner was nice enought to move his vehicle and let me have his spot.

The building is cozy, the room decoration is beautiful, the room is spacious and the location feels safe. The staff was a single person, who did her best to accommodate us.
We got the last room available, with no shower, only a tub in the room. The price was very high for what we got, as there was no room service, restaurant, breakfast or additional services. AC/heating was malfunctioning, often too cold and then unresponsive. We were simply given a key and were told the rules: it felt more like an AirBNB than a hotel. I understand there was a city festival happening during my stay, still it felt very overpriced ($$$$) for what we were offered ($$).
