The location is great and the room was super clean.
No kettle in the room. There is a water dispenser in the lobby that could dispense hot water but the water had run out when we were there. Just as a note, to access the property you need to climb steep outside steps. This could be tricky with heavy luggage.

We loved the hotel and the room: it was very cozy, clean, thoughtful and stylish, we felt welcomed and at home. It was easy to get in. Everything was there, even an umbrella. It was a calm area and we slept so well. Even the fact that the bathroom was at the other side of the corridor did not bother. The hotel is located in such a beautiful neighbourhood, nice to walk around: an excellent café-restaurant right below the hotel with wonderful food, a marvellous breakfast. Different shops nearby, an excellent bookshop at the corner, bars and restaurants in the same street. We loved the Irish pub at the other side of the street. A parking garage nearby. All well maintained and with beautiful scenery. You could also walk to Vieux Quebec. We regretted that we could only stay one night. Very friendly people. Can recommend without any hesitation!

Good location in a safe area, convenient for exploring old Quebec town.
Whilst we had our own bathroom it wasn’t en-suite.
