Convenient to the Old Quebec City. The host tried to help us when we got trouble. We were enjoined in the staying. All facilities are functional.
Maybe only the raciest security in the residential building at the beginning. I think majority of the Quebecers are friendly.

Clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Lockers are available, which is very convenient. The place feels very safe and quiet, and the kitchen is great, with all the necessary amenities. The area is central and close to the grocery store and train station.
A lot of steps to get to Old Quebec, the area felt a little rundown. Not ideal if you do not have a car.

Amenities and overall facilities were great. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen amenities were basic, enough to heat up food but somewhat limited on supplies, but we didn’t plan on cooking! Nice option having 2 types of coffee makers, drip and keurig. Quiet building. Discount parking option was appreciated.
Many restaurants, pub and grocery options within a few blocks.
Would definitely stay here again.
Loved having AC as it was hot in July week we were there. AC unit noisy to sleep at night but we just used the fan and that worked out fine.
One thing to consider is location is at low point below the major attractions, so all up-hill walk (only 20-25 min) unless you take your car. There are buses and we used Lyft one day.
As others mentioned, sadly some homeless in the area but we never felt unsafe. We would still stay here again.
