The property was very clean and it looked very welcoming and pretty. The staff were amazing, the reception staff, the restaurant staff, the breakfast restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, they were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The pool was a very nice touch too. We had a great time, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
There was no water station on our floor. That’s the only thing really.

Cleanliness: housekeeper coming in to clean and change/make bed each day. Perfect size for our family. I was also pleasantly surprised to see my name on the TV when I first turned it on with a greeting. You can also use YouTube with your own account, which is a great addition.
Everything is very good, except I wish there were a microwave in the room. However, it is not a huge deal without it.

Great location about 10 minutes to old Quebec.
Amenities and rooms were clean and were also well equipped with what we needed. Modern design as well.
Staff were also accommodating and answered all our questions accordingly.
The only minor thing was that the AC controls in the room were a little confusing and we wanted it to be a little colder but it was still cold. Just a preference thing there.

Good location
Smokers very close to door so it smelt bad in reception, unwelcoming atmosphere
Generally the room smelt like stale food or dogs
Needs thoroughly cleaned
Assume last customers name stored on the TV, it was not mine
We pre-paid the room and were charged on arrival and again when we checked out. Luckily we noticed and able to rectify quickly but it’s bad for anyone who doesn’t notice.
