Personnel très attentif et sympathique. Petit déj pas mal et piscine chauffée parfait pour les enfants.

Les oreillets ne sont pas du tout confortables. Porte de toilette coulissante zéro intimité surtout avec les enfants. Climatisation trop bruyante et difficile à régler.

Très bon séjour avec un personnel intentionné.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien avec un service chaud et froid. Bonne nourriture qui varie à chaque jour pour le chaud. Nous avons passez 4 jours et cela était toujours très bien. Accueil souriant et très poli. Comparer à bien d'autres établissements du même genre c'est bien supérieur en terme de qualité et d'offre. C'est propre et accueillant. Une note personnelle pour Mathieu à l'accueil; ce Monsieur est courtois, à l'écoute de nos demandes et a été prévoyant envers nous. Merci

Je l'ai mentionné à la réception de l'hôtel. Nous comprenons que tout ne peut pas être parfait. Toutefois, nous sommes aux environs de Québec la capitale de la langue française en Amérique. Nous déplorons le très peu de postes francophones télé affichés dans notre chambre. Environ 4 à 5 postes seulement sur plus de 40. Comment peut-on protéger notre langue française en agissant ainsi? Sans cela, j'aurais mis un 10 à ma note d'appréciations.

Qualité et service d'un très bon niveau

Un bel hôtel très confortable avec un personnel très sympathique. Je fais une mention particulière au personnel de la réception qui a été très gentil avec nos demandes.

Peu d'options saines pour le petit-déjeuner, une seule option de protéines et deux options de fruits, même si je tiens à souligner qu'il y avait un panier de pommes disponible à tout moment à la réception, très bien pour cela.

A great overnight stay.

I enjoyed the clean and calm environment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the team who were working were so nice and friendly! The room was spacious and peaceful.

It would have been nice to have some extra towels in the room and more supply of Kleenex as the box in our room was empty.

It was a great location for travelling from New Brunswick to Ontario and just of the highway

No curtains , there was net curtains but no curtains to stop the morning light coming into the room

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area!

Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious. Breakfast was hot and very good. It was also nice to have the restaurant attached to the hotel to go to for dinner when we arrived!

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable but the other one was fine!

Mon arrivée est discutable! Aucun renseignement donné! Une chance j’ai prêté l’oreille et entendu vaguement pour le wifi et le déjeuner car celle qui m’enregistrait vérifiait ce que sa collègue faisait. Ne répondais pas à mes questions! Pas de chargeur électrique sauf Tesla! Je ne retourne plus

Le Gym et la grandeur des chambres

Pas de chargeur pour voiture électriques. Il n’y avait qu’un chargeur Tesla pour des Teslas. Le personnel invite les clients à charger dans les stations circuit électrique qui se trouvent à proximité. Fausse publicité d’indiquer que le hôtel est muni de chargeurs électriques quand c’est seulement pour les Tesla

Enjoyed the proximity to the highway and local stores nearby. Great to have restaurants on site though we did not try them this time. Great hot breakfast in the morning and was not too hectic.

Very squeaky bathroom door. Also significant cool air coming under the entrance door which was uncomfortable as the sofa was right next to the door. Wish there was a soaker tub! Pool appeared super cloudy with strong chlorine scent so we did not use it.

Comfortable for solo female travellers!

I was driving from the GTA to Fredericton, NB and from the reviews looked like a great place to stay. I was traveling solo and had my small dog with me. The property seems relatively new and has a lot of grassy areas near by which was great for taking the dog out for walks after a long drive. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive! I also felt very safe at the hotel and surrounding area as a solo female traveller. It was perfect for my purpose of sleeping and then leaving early the next day. I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast but it smelled delicious!

I wanted to like this hotel, as I stayed here in 2017 and had a great experience. However, not this time. I tried to adjust my reservation to move from a king room to a double x2, and was refused even though there was vacancy. I was reprimanded by staff when I checked out for bringing my dog, even though I noted this on my initial reservation and was not asked about it when checking in - if you say you are dog-friendly, ask guests when they arrive, why should I have to remind you? There were no towels in the pool area (all dirty) and no one at the front desk when we went to ask for more. My family did not sleep well as the beds and linens were uncomfortable, and AC unit was very loud - no adjustment seemed to improve this, other than making the room extremely hot or cold. Breakfast was sub-par compared to other options in this price range. Location was ok but not good enough for the price point, as it lacks nearby amenities for travellers coming through the area. Disappointing, as I had been looking forward to the stay given my last experience there.

Convenient and very comfortable.

Right off the highway beside Costco, restaurants and other shopping. Breakfast looked good. I travel with my own as I do not eat meat or dairy. Lovely fruit and juice though.

nice place, good price for newer hotel with pool and free parking. please add locking bathroom doors!

kinda funny but the bathroom doors are sliding doors that don’t have locks! there is also significant gap when closed so if you prefer privacy for doing your business (like our two preteens) this became a bit of an issue. lots of yelling “don’t come in, I’m in here!” lol also no bathroom fan…
