The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast which was included and free parking were appreciated. The location was good. The swimming pool area was a nice extra. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean.
We had a Queen suite. It was a little outdated. The bathroom had an accordion door and the shower head was not properly fitted.

My room was the half basement, it was OK . The bed was comfortable , the AC worked . The couch was awful to sit on .
The room had a fridge , microwave but no coffee maker . Soap ,shampoos and glasses were replenished everyday .
The floors need a good cleaning and wash . I would stay at this hotel again but would book an upper floor room.

Got gray cross was that breakfast was there for us to have every morning.
I did not like how the eggs were cold for breakfast. Could have added more for a breakfast buffet. The room smell a bit dampy not everything was clean and my light lamp was not working when I needed it. My friend couldn't sleep in her room because of bed bugs that were bothering her and the manager didn't handle this matter. Rightfully, unfortunately which was disappointing.
