Never again with this hotel chain.

Breakfast was ok. We were rubbed and our car stollen in the hotel parking lot (which we paid for) and the management was not concerned about our predicament and showed no empathy

The corridors had a lingering stench of stale moisture. The room we had was small. The service was total unwelcoming. We were charged for parking in the hotel parking lot and when our car was stolen the manager was too quick to exonerate the hotel and did not offer assistance other than to call the police which we could have done ourselves.

Honestly nothing except the tv

Breakfast, staff behaviour , charging for parking when your already paying through your nose for crappy dingy rooms and not so clean rooms Smelt horrible!! Did i mention they served the exact same nonsense for breakfast everyday?

Worst Ramada I’ve been to so far.

Location and the lady staff that is in-charge of the breakfast buffet. She’s super nice and helpful. They should give her a raise.

Dirty, not enough parking even though they charge you for it. The toilet bowl has still urine stain underneath when I checked it. The housekeeping took forever to come, they didn’t even clean our room when we left for the day. The milk in breakfast buffet has something floating in it that moves. Like a small parasite.

Did not meet expectations, disappointed.

Felt very sketchy on the floor, weird lay out for the area I stayed. Room wasn’t super clean, their paint job was half done, and there was some remnants of graffiti on the heater.

Pleasant hotel

The staff was excellent in resolving a problem I had with my room and moved me to another room.

The Pool was very small and not deep enough to swim. Its for children ONLY. Pay for parking was an unexpected charge.

Good hotel if they spend some money on maintenance

Staff and location

Washrooms really need upgrades and regular maintenance. Bathtub was swollen with water underneath. My kids thought it is a trampoline

A last minute affordable place to sleep in Montreal if you’re not fussy.

Simply an affordable place to sleep in Montreal. Bed was clean. Staff was nice.

Half completed reno and minimal up keep. Some fire alarms in the halls were beeping for the batteries to be replaced. Holes in the walls everywhere covered with plywood. Drain in the bathroom bathtub was filthy and clogged. Floors in the room were so sticky we didn’t walk on them with even our socks. It was like the soap/water ratio was off or they just spread the dirt around with a dirty mop and bucket without actually cleaning it off the floor.

Rooms were clean and tidy.

Staff was casual, lift and lobbies look worn out, bathroom sink was partially blocked. Empty fridge - can have a water bottle at least so you don't have to go to vending machine as soon as you arrive after a long journey.
