Pleasant acco

Location near Montmorency Falls.

There was a hiccup regarding our booking, resulting in insufficient rooms for our group. In the end, some of us had to stay in another accommodation 20 mins away by car.

Passable mais je n'y retournerais pas.

L'accueil de la dame le matin était très sympathique. Café disponible dans la chambre apprécié. Belle salle de bain.

Il y avait une odeur dans la chambre qui ressemblait à une odeur de teinture pour les cheveux (style boite de pharmacie). Le déjeuner continental ne valait pas le prix. Le lit faisait du bruit (craque beaucoup). Je suis déçu du prix pour la qualité de la chambre.

Prix élevé pour la qualité et le service.

La literie était bonne, et la salle de bain grande

Pour un 3 étoiles c’est vraiment pas normal de ne pas refaire la chambre et franchement le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles : mauvais et servis dans une barquette en plastique.

Très bien!

Confort de la chambre pour quatre. Propreté, et chambre bien insonorisée. Déjeuner préparé d'avance mais très bon.

Déjeuner commence a 7hre et la préposée arrive a 7hre avec une file qui attend. Elle devrait arriver plus tôt pour que tout soit prêt à l'arrivée des clients. Dans la chambre, on était 4 et il n'y avait que 2 cup de café, 2 tasses, 2 débarbouillettes, etc..

The hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was small but cozy. Really liked having the TV in front of the bed. Good for staying in on raining days and watching movies in bed.

There was a foul smell every time we opened the door to our hotel room, like someone had just taken a #2 in the washroom. We tried closing the washroom door, and it helped a bit. I also didn't appreciate that we didn't get our sheets changed on Thursday like we asked. We stayed there for a week & wanted new sheets for the last 3 days of our stay.

Lack of breakfast was disappointing, but Julian gave a great recommendation.

Mostly good.

Bathrooms exceptionally clean.

Room small for the high price I paid. Late at night there was loud music playing in next building until 11:20pm at night. Did not make me fall asleep after 12 hours driving.

Nice place, affordable and comfy. Quick drive to old Quebec. Your seconds from the highway.

The door of the room we stayed in was made of frosted glass. Which didn’t really feel fully safe as in someone could break the glass and open our door. Although it’s an unlikely scenario. Piece of mind while staying in your room is important so that door should be changed to a solid door. Other than that, loved the stay, would do it again still.

Room was nice and big. Staff were friendly and responded quickly. Super affordable price. Pretty lobby.

I was accidentally charged twice but they resolved the problem when I told them.

Clean and great location.

Really clean and comfortable. The staff had just cleaned out the a/c machine and air filters in our room before we checked in! Very impressed. Also, perfect location for us.

The stay was ok.

it was not bad, clean, standard beds, no frills stay, very quiet room, comfortable sleep.

The amenities were minimalistic, but everything was there what was needed. The booking site was showing the location of the hotel in the downtown, but it takes a car ride on highways to get to all tourist attractions, so we were tricked by the website to choose this hotel. The actual address was not so obvious. Location is not convenient for sightseeing. We would not choose it, if we knew it was so far from the downtown.
