I’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
Pluses:
- very friendly and helpful staff.
- spacious room
- very nice breakfast brought to your room each morning.
- Nespresso coffee machine in the room
- high quality Occitaine toiletries.
- nicely designed and decorated rooms
- convenient location
- easy parking.
Minuses:
- Quebec City is hilly. Hotel is at the bottom of the hill. Attractions are at the top of the hill. Plenty of hilly walking.
- small lobby.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Loved the croissants and other goodies. Hotel room was very charming and convenient to all parts of the city.
