Family friendly, great location

Great, family friendly apartment in a perfect location. Near amazing sights and good restaurants. Wonderful hosts.

Music from restaurant below could be heard through closed windows. Music did end at a reasonable hour though (10:30pm)

Had a great time! The location was great and it was the perfect size for your family of 4!

Loved the location of this property! Was close to everything within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Was a little noisy, music from restaurant below was a little loud at night and you could hear a lot of people walking by the windows. We were there for the winter carnival so guessing it’s not typically like that.

The location is so convenient. The lofts are clean and nicely decorated. The check in process is easy.

My only comment is that it would be nice to have a few more toiletries like conditioner.

Perfect location, comfortable and well appointed suite of rooms with good views of the old city.

Location was perfect for attending the Christmas Market which was literally right outside the front door. Even without the Christmas Market the location is perfect for exploring the old city. Facilities were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to have a Christmas tree in the apartment, even if it did take us 2 days to figure out there were lights if we plugged them in.

There should have been more instructions on how to use the appliances. We never did figure out how to run the dishwasher and the coffee maker was a bit of a mystery until we experimented with it. Also, we had trouble finding the place when we first arrived a very detailed map would be helpful.

We absolutely would stay there again.

We loved the loft! Everything about it was great!

We had a one week stay and for that it would have been great, if someone would have cleaned the bathroom and floors half way through.

Très bon séjour à Quebec

Très bel appartement, propre et bien décoré. Idéalement situé en plein coeur du Vieux Quebec et à proximité du Chateau de Frontenac, on a pu faire beaucoup de visites à pied, c'était génial !

The perfect quiet loft to explore all of Old Quebec by foot!

The location was perfect. It is right by the plaza at city hall and next to the Anglican Church. There is a good restaurant on the street level. A wonderful walking location for all of old Quebec City.

Super place next to a church and main square in Quebec

Very detailed instruction from the hosts - including great recommendations for restaurants, parking and places to visit. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 4 and the view from the kitchen was directly to the the main and the nearby church. There is a washing machine and a dryer as well so very comfortable for a family. All amenities were there including tabs for the dishwasher.

Quaint studio in the centre of Quebec

Well equipped studio so close to the centre of the old town of Quebec. The laundry facilities on the 2nd floor were great.

The noise from the restaurant below continued quite late on our first night but it was Canada Day so that was a special day of celebrations. Also, the security door at the front door to the building wasn't shutting properly and the PIN code to get in malfunctioned but the Manager was very responsive to solve the issue.

Perfect

This location was central yet quiet, with a beautiful view of the plaza and plenty of sunlight to make the interior feel larger than it was. The heat was at the perfect temperature, the Wifi was strong enough to do some remote work, and they even left a few coffee pods for the Nespresso machine!

The Lofts are conveniently located in the Upper Town, a very short walk (few minutes) to the Lower Town (Petit-Champlain, Place Royale), Frontenac, DufferinTerrace, Tobbagan ride (4$CAN per person/ride) and Basilica Cathedral Notre-Dame de Québec. We used the underground parking right a cross the street in the City Hall building (cost for 4 night was around 40$ US). You can also park on the street (3$CAN/1h), we chose the garage, we did not use our car at all during the 4 day stay. We walked everywhere and used the public bus (to get back from the Plains of Abraham), bus stop located in the front of the Loft building (buy ticket at the bus, 3.75$CAN valid 1.5h). In the park you can cross county ski for free, visit the museum (sculptures by artist Jérôme Trudelle are beautiful), rent "magic carpet" for sledding. There is Smith cafe located right below the Lofts, good coffee, you can grab breakfast or dessert. The entrance to the Lofts building is located on "walk only" street, there is few restaurants and stores. There is also a Visitor Centre on the same street. You can buy food at Epicerie Richard, 42 Rue des Jardins, less than 5 min walk. For fresh, warm bakery visit Paillard (7 in walk). The Old Town, most of restaurants, hotels and cafe have free wi-fi. The Loft was very clean, had a nice bathroom, little kitchenet (microwave, stove, fridge), there was a laundry room, TV, wi-fi. If traveling in the winter time bring some warm jacket, hats and water proof boots.

Good comfortable centrally located unit.

Good central location in old city. We traveled from Australia with carryon only. Appreciated the efficient washing and drying facilities in the building. Found the bed really comfortable. Room heating was excellent. Good communication from property prior to and during our stay.

Due to snow during our stay the snow clearing was quiet noisy at times during the night. But in reality as we came for a white Christmas this wasn’t really a issue as roads and footpaths were much easier to walk on the following morning.

Beautiful central apartment in Old Town Quebec

Could not be a better location, right in the heart of old town, a few minutes walk to Chateau Frontenac. Beautiful, modern apartment with super comfortable beds and full kitchen. Parking at city hall lot is right across the street, good on cold days. Had dinner at Alphonse just below apartment and it was fantastic. Incredible value for what you get.

Well appointed and lovely apartment right in the middle of the old town. The Christmas market is literally at your doorstep and the Chateau is at the end of the street. Excellent, attentive service as well.
