The hotel staff, lobby, parking, room, hallways and breakfast were all AMAZING. The staff was super helpful and spoke english. The hotel itself is right next to the metro which is afforable and easy to use. The room was beautiful with great views. The bathroom was modern with a GIANT soak tub. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip.

Cleaners forgot to remove trash, shower temperature kept changing to too hot to too cold randomly

Very quiet, convenient location with access to Metro and bike shares, helpful staff, delicious breakfast.
The shower was basically the whole bathroom and I had to be very strategic not to douse everything with water

This is a decent hotel but no more than that
When I checked in the TV in my room didn't work. After I was assigned another room the front desk called to tell me I now had a more expensive room so I had to pay extra ! When I disagreed, they told me I had to move back to the room with the broken TV.
I refused, but this was a very unpleasant experience.
Neighborhood is not great. Breakfast mediocre.
