Decent hotel but not worth the price. Staff need to be more friendly.

The hotel was nice. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. We didn’t get to use the pool but the gym was ok. Restaurant was nice.

The staff on arrival was ok. None of the staff were friendly. I went down to ask a question and the staff at the front desk was on her phone. I stood there for a few minutes before she noticed me. Our room was decent however the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were stands and dirt on the sink, the floor and in the shower. On our departure we went to check out and once again the front desk staff was more concerned about their phone than greeting me. I said I would like to check out, he took my room keys and said “ok thanks, buy”. He never opened the computer to check anything. When I asked about the receipt he said it would be sent by email but didn’t verify if there was an email on file which there wasn’t. I had to call the hotel 2 hours later to confirm that the room was checked out and that I would receive the invoice. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and confirmed that there was no email on file which I then gave her one and received my invoice. For the price I paid and the service I received I would not come back here. I have had much better hotel experiences in Montreal.

Clean and spacious near the YUL.

Edit: Accidentally reviewed another Novotel.. This Novotel near Durval YUL was very good. I am sure not many people stay here for the proximity to downtown, but it's not to far from the airport. Room was nice, large and clean. Checkin in/out was efficient and staff nice. Restaurant on site.

Hotel was fine. Restaurant was mixed. When we arrived that evening, the chap serving tables and getting drinks, I think did his best to keep everyone happy, and I believe he did his best. There was only him serving. He was generous to discount the meal because the descibed salade did not have any arugula. (anybody who loves arugula knows that it must be in any salade described that way on the menu - it's not an ordinary mixed green) The next day at noon when the restaurant opened for the day, there were two young ladies serving. There were maybe four tables in use. The service was generally ok, but it took two of them to do the job of the one chap in the evening. I was simply perplexed by the fact that we had ordered coffee, they brought creamers and sweateners but never brought any spoons. They tagged teamed the food delivery and still no spoons as we sat with our coffees getting colder by the minute. So, I asked about getting spoons. I had to ask a 2nd time to get spoons. Oddly I noticed the two ladies at anoher table who as well had coffee and never did get spoons. I assumed they didn't bother asking and used a knife to stir. :-) Sill boggles me. It's as if neither young lady had ever ordered coffee in a restaurant, or were simply not thinking about what was needed at the tables. :-(

It was lovely

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. I was an unanticipated trip with some uncertainty so not a pleasure trip, but was certainly as good as could have been expected given the circumstances.

I had an excellent meal at the Rivoli Restaurant in the hotel. The service was great, as well. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Would highly recommend the property.

Enjoyable except for above comment.

Didn’t eat there.

Left for day at 930 AM and left door sign to make up our room. We came back at 3PM and room not even touched. Had to sit in lobby for 30 minutes while room cleaned. Not what I expected for this class of hotel. Staff pleasant but overall unenthusiastic. They need to smile.

The beds are comfortable and the room is clean

The shower is very poor. The surface of the bath is very slippery, and the shower head can't be moved around to give a good shower.

The restaurant staff were great, very friendly and efficient

I sent numerous emails to confirm my reservation via the Booking app and the hotel never responded. My reservation was fine in the end, but it’s clear that they don’t check the Booking.com messages. The sink and shower drains in my room had slow clogs - so slow to drain. Luckily there was an additional drain in the bathroom floor to deal with all of the water from the shower (room was a wheelchair accessible one, so no lip to contain the water)

awful for all reasons above. would not recommend

dirty, smelled like cigars, wet stain on carpet, stains on towels, room needing work, no Nespresso pods for machine, dirty face cloths and robes, no blanket for pull out couch and staff did not bring one when asked, advertised shuttle airport shuttle service which did not exist, alarm clock was set for 6am and woke us all up, no receipt provided at end of stay, nor emailed. overall, terrible stay. I have pictures to support all of this.

Good but too far from airport and neighborhood restaurants and shops !

Good breakfast and quick !

Comfortable room BUT hotel is far from Dorval international airport AND Radisson does not provide an official SHUTTLE. A taxi from Dorval airport to Radisson will set you back 32 dollars ( one way). Moreover, in the Radisson neighborhood, there are not restaurants nor shops. Your only option is the Radisson restaurant.
