This is our go-to Ontario hotel!

We love the pool and water slide. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There are some nice restaurants nearby. And just a short drive to Toronto!

The staff member at the store when we visited was not very friendly. But all other staff was great.

The room size was good. Although I didn't use it, the hotel has a pool with a slide.

a) I changed my dates of stay once, so when I actually arrived, it seemed no one could understand who I was and for what dates I actually booked the room. After 30 minutes of struggling with the system, the reception manager was able to sort things out, although for some reason booked me as a solo traveller while I was there visibly with my partner, which led to a further confusion next day at breakfast. b) The room, compared to other 4 star hotels I have been to, would be at the very bottom, quite outdated, a bit smelly, mixed up hot/cold water etc c) The breakfast was unexpectedly very limited in terms of choice, no veggies at all, everything they could offer stood on a 2 meter long table. And, of course, a cherry on the cake, at the end of your breakfast they ask for tips (really??? for what???). The last thing is probably not about this particular hotel, my friends tell me the whole tips thing has gone crazy in Canada.

We enjoyed family time with our boys. They enjoyed the facilities and the beds were very comfortable.

It was nice to have the pool and slide available, the beds were comfortable.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom floors were dirty and spots on the chair. There was no available trolleys to bring in our luggage and the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive.

absolutely great

The Dogs Blazer & Duncan it was so nice to be greeted by them It made me so happy and calm I felt like I was home . The staff was wonderful smiling and helpful. treated my granddaughters with just as much respect as myself This was very appreciated nice and clean

the vents this was my only dislike , I was a cleaner in my very years and this is one of my go to first we had to clean them at least twice a year

The room was disappointing. Not worth the money and not as good as I recall in the past.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food and staff were good

Room had a stale smoke smell. Bedding, towels and toilet tissue were scratchy. Heating fan was noisy as was the toilet flushing. Toilet was too low especially for seniors.

Good stay. Usually a business hôtel

The place is great, near Toronto city center (about) 40 minutes.

The waterslide was close. We book this hôtel for it and ask before booked our room. They said its open but it’s not on week days. Seems to be open only on week-end. Kids were sad.

Perfect Place to stay in Toronto.

The room was spacious, very well equipped. The bed wan not only comfy but was super comfy. The bathroom design was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. reception staff during check in and check out were very friendly and helpful.

The pool and water slide were⁹ exceptional. The hot tub was great. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Very helpful. Easy access to Hwy 401. The beds were very comfortable. I liked having a balcony and mini refrigerator. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The cost of the restaurant food and drinks were quite expensive. Breakfast wasn't included. A buffet breakfast cost $25. I feel this was too much. Parking should be free; was charged $14 a day and I had a handicap placard; never did get a handicap spot. They need more handicap parking spaces. The balcony didn't have any furniture; there should have been at least a couple of chairs and a small table.

Overall, the hotel met our expectations and we had a very enjoyable stay. Minor cleanliness issues.

The waterslide was a big hit, and the main reason why we chose this property. The other reason was that it was close to the Park'N'Fly and the Pearson Airport. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. The staff was prompt, professional, and friendly during check-in; there were no issues. Thank you!

There were a few bandages laying around the pool deck and stairs to the waterslide. This area could have been cleaner. If I could ask for one thing that this hotel didn't have, it would've been some kind of breakfast to-go option. We had a very early flight to catch, so dining in the restaurant wasn't an option. A to-go bag with breakfast items would have been a nice convenient option to eat on route to the airport or prior to security. Thanks.

Everything is extra including parking, and wifi. And you set a price on your site but you will have an extra 275.00 dollar charge. No microwave and fridge very small.

Location was very good breakfast is very good Customer service manager Kerry she was very helpful and supporting . She is an added value to the hotel .

Staff Jacob at water slide was rude and non respectful . Did not allow my son to use water slide . He is not trained well to deal with customers . He ruined my trip with my family .

The pool water and the salt/chemicals in the water absolutely ruined my hair and destroyed my boyfriend's beard. I have tried to save my hair with masks and conditioner, but it is just not getting any better. I am trying my best to not have to cut off. I am absolutely devastated. My hair goes half way down my back and is now almost shoulder length due to it breaking off, it is beyond frizzy and now won't dry completely. We had to shave my boyfriend's beard completely off, as we shaved it, it came off in one piece. The hairs all shriveled and matted together, even with lots of products and gentle combing. Please put up some kind of notice to guests, the water WILL absolutely destroy your hair.

It was clean!

I had a pet accompany me on the trip and got the room across from the ice machine. It was loud with people getting ice at 1h00 and 6h30 am. The first night we did not have a restful sleep. The room was overlooking the highway and I asked to maybe get a different room not across from the ice machine and overlooking the highway but was told that there wasn’t any other room available with a king bed. Hard to believe at such a big hotel! Also if you bring a pet, the hotel makes you sign a waiver saying that if clients complain about the dog barking they will remove it to a kennel if you’re not in the room. Even if this is last resort and with the client being notified about it, I find it bizarre for a hotel accepting pets. What about the clients getting ice in the middle of the night? Who removes them?
