Overall would stay hear again as the location, staff and cleanliness made up for the other.

The hotel renovations is lovely, the easy access off the highway is appreciated, lots out parking which is well lit and close to the main entrance. We were able to check in an hour early. the room was very clean.

The air quality was very challenging - perhaps the drapes need to be cleaned? IThe room had a very dusty smell and very, very dry. The lighting is very dim other than the bathroom which made it hard to see to read. Surprising the Kurig coffee was terrible and there were only 1 regular & 1 decaf and 2 kinds of tea) my husband and I are both regular coffee so we made one and had to split it, we both threw it out.

Not the best stay , but my husband and I enjoyed each others company.

-Spacious king room, cool design , sun light lit the whole room perfectly, very beautiful sky view. -They had a fridge -Nice tv size -Free wifi -Lots of light in the room ex. Lamps etc -Room temperature control a/c, fan, heat

-Blood on the floor of the carpet , told concierge , they said it’s okay… - Room phone didn’t work , no one answered when I called them on my cell either -No microwave -No kettle -Vent made weird noises -Walls a bit thin -construction all over the pavement, huge camouflage rocks on the floor hard to see when driving , scratched the bottom of the car…

Had we known just how impactful the renovations/constructions were, we would have stayed elsewhere

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good.

Massive construction/renovation underway - inside and out. Everything was closed/closed off. It would have been more comfortable staying at an inn somewhere nearby.

although the property is under construction, and kinda crazy in the lobby, the room was awesome very clean and very nice, bed was sooooo comfy

I hope to be back when everything is open and construction over

Wonderful bedroom.

The room was very comfortable with a great city view. The hotel is going through major renovation. I would love to stay after the Reno! Bring back the pool.

We might return

Overall it was good, however the bed lining was stained with something red so we slept without a comforter and the room was not cleaned, coffee maker had water objects in it so we couldn’t drink it tea. Beyond that the room served its purpose. Great staff 🙏

The room was clean, and the staff was so friendly and approachable. I like the room, and the pillows are so comfortable I sleep so good.

The thing that I don't like is they didn't put some drinking water, but aside from that, nothing else.

We were unhappy and disappointed as we did not get was we paid for

Prior to booking we checked online specifically for a hotel with a restaurant as we did not want to go out to eat after a 7 hr drive. Upon arrival we were told the restaurant was closed for renovations. The entire lobby was non existent, a construction zone with hanging plastic and no one around anywhere. We checked in around 8 and then had to leave to find a restaurant to eat. We got back to the hotel around 10:30. This was definitely not the relaxing evening we had paid for. We couldn’t even go for a swim as the pool was also closed. If we had known the restaurant was closed we would have booked a different hotel with a restaurant or one within walking distance.

heater made a loud noise while on from time to time. I had to hold the bathtub drain for the water to go down
