I liked how friendly and informed the staff was. The shower was better than the one I have at home, and the room was ice cold when we got there (this was good because it was summertime). My favorite part was receiving an actual room key instead of a plastic card for room access. I am thankful for an amazing location close to Niagara Falls and parking was only $15 per night!
The rooms were a little dated and the TV seemed to have only one channel that worked. Cleanliness was not the best, but I would not say that the room was "dirty". The office seemed to be closed early morning and late at night, but that may have been an issue on my end. I did not pay too much attention to when the office hours were available (a drop box was available for the room key).

Needs work furniture should be replaced when broken n walls should be fixed n taps should not leak n foists should work but all in all ok stay
