The pool, waterslide, and hot tub was great. Breakfast tasted good. Price was right. Front staff was great.
Our electrical plugs had no plates behind the beds and the plugs for the lamp etc were bent, kinda scary. The rooms were clean enough,but lacked the coziness there was only two towels in our room when it was a double room and they knew there were 4 of us staying. The room temperature was not really controllable. The air conditioner didn’t work it just added some air flow at least and the sound noise maker we need. The breakfast room is very small and with the hotel being full the line ups were there and the ladies working the breakfast were trying to take food away and turn people away who were waiting for a while and well before breakfast was done. Sorry but if you only have now waffle maker that is not the customers issue, they needed to be more relaxed and more accommodating. Especially when they didn’t restock stuff. I had to ask for more milk for the cereal twice, they wouldn’t restock anything after 9:20 it seemed and everything was already out. I asked them for milk, boiled eggs, bread, muffins. They did not seem to like their job. I’ve never experienced that before at a Wyndham location especially in the kitchen staff. Everyone was asking them for stuff as they just like to hang out in their back room. Many stayers made comments about amongst other guest how we felt like we were being a nuisance to them trying to get the basics breakfast stuff( they weren’t out they just didn’t want to do their jobs).
