Everything was amazing and I really liked the place. I liked the ice maker machine beside my room which helped a lot in not calling the reception for a such request.
The pool chlorine was a little bit high at the time I was in in the evening and colder although it was warm in the morning. I expected to relax in a warm water in the evening but it was disappointing being cold.

Very nice room and in great location.
The breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast i’ve ever experienced. Cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and bagels. A sign that says for better breakfast buy it at the check in desk. Crazy!

The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and relatively close to the Montreal Metropolitan Airport (YHU). We were warmly greeted upon arrival and enjoyed watching a World Cup game in the large, clean breakfast room.
We booked and paid for our two rooms a month before arriving, and at the end of our stay when checking out to make our early morning flight, we were not permitted to leave until we paid for one of the rooms again. It took over a week of repeated long distance telephone calls to sort out the problem and have the charge reversed. The aggressive and accusatory treatment, followed by having to prove advance payment, makes me reluctant to recommend this hotel unless you go prepared with paper back-up showing proof of payment in advance.
