The location. The family suite was clean and comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee.
Lovely gardens.
The shared kitchen should have a full size oven instead of just a toaster oven.
It would have been nice to have a scouring pad to clean dishes in the room when there wasn't enough dishes to put in the dish washer.
The hallway carpet on the first floor is quite worn out. Does not match the beautiful exterior of the hotel.

Perfect location, especially for appointments at the university hospital. Staff is great, warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s perfect.
Everything was great

Proximity to Hospital was nice.
Had no Air Conditioning, so windows were open. And... at 3:10 a.m.. a firetruck with lights and sirens came to the front circle drive, below our window waking us. Then returned without lights & sirens 10 minutes later, waking us again

The Inn is close to London University Hospital where we had a early morning medical appointment
The Inn does not provide a coffee maker in the room. You have to go out to another floor to use their communil kitchen facilities.
