It was clean and comfortable. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Staff were excellent and efficient.

Location, cleanliness, Starbucks.
Noise of air conditioning. Multiple controls for it? Confusing.
There was a heavy chlorine or cleaner smell in room and some parts of the hall.
I think the pool is one level directly below.
Bathroom floor slippery, tub also.
View was non existent. 2nd floor, over looking, roof ventilation and air units mounted on roof.
If hotel is not completely booked, why not entice a return by using best rooms?

staff was great , especially the front desk staff . truly exceptional . i cannot rem the tall young mans name but he was lovely. loved that there was a starbucks there and liked although i did not use the washing area for clothes. likes the tv and mini fridge was an asset . the hotel is in an amazing location with lots close to it . i would recc people to stay there . the steak house across the road was amazing.
the breakfast was okay , the hard boiled eggs came cold . the sign for the door we did not understand french so we did not realize the sign was for one thing only - DONT disturb. We thought it was like other rooms we have had in the past where its no disturb and then make up room now. the sink and the shower needed to have the hair take out as the drainage was not good . the air con in the room made alot of noise . the actual room needed more lighting .
