Liked the room - it was very clean.
Breakfast area was too crowded.

Upper floor, breakfast, phone charger in the room, location, close to everything. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and very, very friendly. Want to give an extra shoutout to Chantal who went out of her way to deliver my eggs at breakfast on Friday morning. Thanks so very much to her as she did not have to do that for me!
Bathroom had black alongside the base of the bathtub and baseboard. Bathroom fan made so much noise I thought it might just fly off the wall. Windows and curtains could be cleaner. Also, did not like the fact that there seemed to be a hockey team staying at the hotel and many of them (including the adults) had items lying on the walk way outside their patio doors (their clothes, towels, skates, etc.) making it difficult to pass by many times. The teenaged boys would also play ball in the parking lot and I was afraid they would hit my car at any time.

The breakfast was good…the hours could be a little longer.
They state in their description that they have an airport shuttle, but that is not accurate. You have to take a cab, and they only pay so much toward it. It was a bit confusing when we got to the airport, causing unnecessary stress as we tried to find our way in an unfamiliar place. It worked out fine, but I felt that this was a bit misleading. We were tired from travelling all day and didn’t need the added frustration.

Service of the staff was excellent!
Our room smelled like a smoking room even though the facilities are smoke-free. They gave us a new room, which was ok.
Our toilet wasn't flushing fully in the morning, so they gave us a plunger! It worked, but was not what we expected.

The airport - hotel transfer, due to bad communication, I was told to take taxi of certain company, but there was extremely few taxi of that company, almost 3 hours after the first call (my flight arrived at 3:40pm, I called around 4:15pm) finally I arrived at the hotel (7:15pm) because in the very last phone call (6:45pm) the hotel told me that any taxi works, why didn’t tell me so in the first time ?

It's an airport hotel but a ~$30 taxi from airport. Hotel paid taxi back to airport.

Rooms are not attended to each day, which is fine, but a request for fresh towels each day went undelivered.
