Restaurant was a pleasant surprise to say nothing of the free ice cream dished out by a very pleasant young man. We enjoyed our waiter also. Isn’t it amazing what good service does for a restaurant?

I would have liked to stay longer!!!!!

The hotel is right next to the airport, so it was very convenient for an early morning flight and I avoided the hassle of scheduling and relying on hotel shuttles. Nice to see planes take off. Air conditioning worked well.

If you are arriving in your own car, there is no car park and valet parking signs say "for drop off of customers only." You have to hope there is a spot to park your car in the valet area, and then pay an extra $55 to get a valet to park for you. When I called front desk for advice, they hung up on me. Airport personnel will be hassling you to drive around... it's quite stressful. The restaurant is not really child friendly. Room service is provided in cardboard boxes and paper bags and the food isn't great - undercooked meat etc.. One tea bag provided in the room and no kettle. Coffee machine is good. One of those rooms with the shower wall being frosted glass next to the bedrooms. Minimal toiletries provided. No ironing facilities. Main desk understaffed and slow. Even as a member, was asked to pay for guest internet (there is free general internet to connect to). Beds are OK.
