the bed was very comfortable. I was happy to see a robe and slippers were in the room which I wasn't expecting. Very good toiletry products available by l'occitane. The room was clean and spacious without smelling like cleaning products. The bath/shower had very good water pressure and very hot water which I quite liked. Towels were very good as well. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful-provided us with an umbrella for the rainy day.
The breakfast buffet. No toast. No honey. No butter. Same items every day. No plain yogurt or granola to put on the flavoured granola that was there. Felt it was the same kind of buffet one gets at a 2 or 3 star location. However, interesting that you could order off the menu the above items.
I did wish one of the windows could open just a bit in the bedroom.

Location-close to downtown. Nice rooms.
It seemed weird that while paying what we did for our room, we still had to buy a cup of coffee. it seems like free tea/coffee would have been a nice additional perk for their guests

Room was very comfortable. My friend had upgraded so they gave us all free breakfasts!
Garage was a little creepy if going down a lone. Could be a little better lit.
