The room was nice and the bed very comfortable.

It was hectic when checking in with staff responding to other people's questions throughout the check in process. While I accept that work has to be done on the hotel, our room was a long way from reception with no clear signage so we were wandering around with heavy cases trying to find the way to our room. The easiest way through the hotel via a connecting corridor was not open until 5pm (check in was 4pm) and it was closed again by 7.30am in the morning. Even this way, the signage was poor and we kept seeing people wandering around looking for their rooms. It was so confusing. There were no lifts to our room so we had to carry 2 heavy cases up and down 3 flights of stairs which was awful. While the room was clean, there was a camera left in the bathroom between 2 towels so it wasnt cleaned thoroughly. There were also no instructions on using the coffee machine either so we couldn't use it. It was an okay stay but I cant say more than that sadly.
