Morning manager was caring and helpful, you could tell he really cared about the visitors experience and after all his years there he still had joy for the job.
Parking included, and on site is a bonus compared to many of the other hotels charging for that.
being misled about the facilities. I booked there specifically because there was a hot tub and a restaurant on site. The pool wasn’t open and there is no hot tub. The restaurant doesn’t exist except for breakfast in the morning, there is no one who runs it for the rest of the time as advertised. The pictures on the website still show a pool with a hot tub and is still listed under amenities. Under dining the restaurant is still advertised as being open and not solely for breakfast.
Being woken up by house keeping at 8:30 on a one night stay with an 11 checkout.

Coffee at $4.90 per cup seems aggressive. There was only decaf in a paper cup provided in the suite
The pull out couch where adults slept was deplorable, the mattress sunk lower than the bed frame. The blankets provided were noted to be stained but clean as per staff. There was 1 open used bar of soap in the second bathroom and possibly a used hand towel resting on the sink; no face cloth no additional hand towel, no place to hang used hand towel.
