Loved the fact there was a laundry room with washing machines/tumble dryers available to use free of charge. Great location near the centre. Room was clean and comfortable.
Noisy AC unit, we stayed in hot weather spell so needed it on but was difficult to sleep. We also had very Noisy (not hotel fault) selfish customers who were very inconsiderate in middle of night playing loud music & shouting, the walls between rooms seem to be quite thin.

The linens were great but the bed itself was sagging on one side.
The bed itself was sagging on one side and the shower curtain rod appeared to be broken.
