The location, size of room, refrigeration & microwave.
I booked the room and was suppose to check in at 4, no one was there to check me in. I was waiting outside for almost 2 hours and the host did no accommodations for being so late. It was extremely hot outside and my phone died. That was a horrible experience. The complaints I have about the property is the elevator takes to long and the tub has a slow drain. As you take a shower the water rises to your ankle.

The beds were very comfy, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Chi chi the cat was really cute. The rooms were clean and had great air con. The location was first class.
The rooms were basic but clean with all relevant provisions.

Breakfast was a basic one (continental) but OK to start your day. Staff was really helpful in assisting in any way possible for any requirements we needed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops.
Room was not that comfortable, even though it was a queen bed, the middle section of the bed felt like it was going to swallow you. Also, room and bathroom were not clean enough and all amenities described in the description of the hotel were not available at ones, bur upon request. We arrived before 9pm and the main gate was closed, since it does NOT have a 24hrs front desk, and if you get there later than 10pm, they will charge you with a late check-in fee. This was not commented in the description, which would help us decide another place to stay in case we got there later.
