I like your customer service, and the location of the place.

Sometimes when I book online later at night someone knocks on the door of the room , because supposedly that room is not registered .

The beds were very comfortable and lots of food options near by.

There was no safe in the room

Location is great. Breakfast was great. Lobby and dining areas were clean and welcoming. Staff were great. Room was well designed and beds were comfortable. Wi-fi was offered but I did not use it because when I went to login it said the network is not secured.

First room I was given (117) had a window that did not lock and could freely open wide enough for an intruder to enter. The sink was not cleaned. The coffee pot was not cleaned. The bathroom had an open hole where a hook must have been that came off. Second room I was given (120) had a heat thermostat that needed the battery replaced, the bedside clock no longer worked properly, the sink had a water bottle top in the drain, the shower faucet handle unit was caulked is no longer caulked in place and freely spins so water can enter and will rot the wall, the bathroom door bottom has obviously been chewed up by an animal, the bathroom door handle does not properly catch to shut the door right to stay closed, the room carpeting has obviously been clawed or chewed by animals, the carpet tack strip nail heads are exposed and can poke into your feet if you are walking barefoot over them, the window does lock properly but the window screen is bent up and not properly installed. I gave up asking for a decent room and just stayed in the second one (120). Please consider offering a secure wi-fi network.
