I didn't have breakfast. Desk clerk was very courteous and efficient. Room was spotless.
Great job by staff that maintained my room. Even though close to main roads, very quiet
at night.

I’ve stayed at this facility many times throughout my lifetime and one thing I really like and appreciate about it is the price per room and how it pretty much is the same all the time. Cheap!
The washer and dryer were out of order as well as the ice machine. There were people hanging out in the laundry/vending machine room like it was the go to kick it spot, when I walked in to go to the vending machine they made me feel like I had just barged into their motel room uninvited. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

The parking lot was well lit
Hardly the hotel's fault, but the neighborhood is in steep decline. Lots of shady goings on
I requested and was advised by email, I would have a ground floor room, as I was traveling by motorcycle.
The front desk told me none were available at check in.
