Good value for money and great location but make sure you're on a high floor.

location was excellent and room was comfortable and generally clean.

We were on 1st floor and it was so noisy. We could hear machinery running and people moving around the corridor all day and night because we were near the pool/jacuzzi. We could also clearly hear people moving around upstairs.

Comfortable Stay Close To The Lifts

- Location is wonderful, it's a 7-8 minute walking distance to the base of the gondola with heavy ski gear and boots on your feet. - Being in the village with restaurant options nearby is unbeatable. Amazing restaurant just across the street. - There is ski room to put your gear in lockers with boot driers. - Outside Hot tub is great (also warmer pool) and bathrobes & towels provided - only open until 10 pm wish it was later. - Staff is friendly & helpful - Coffee station & vending machines available

- Room is sufficient and comfortable but definitely not great value at these prices. Nothing luxury. - Staff needs to look after the toiletries and make sure everything's filled before new guests come. Both soap & shower gel were empty containers for us. - AC/Heater is old and loud and was a bit difficult to control the temperature at night for us. - Bed & pillows aren't the comfiest, they can use a refresh.

Fantastic location. Comfortable and spacious rooms and the staff are very accommodating.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Location to the main town and the Gondola was fantastic and easy to get around anywhere we needed.

A little more hanging space in our room for our snow clothes would have been helpful but we managed.

Friendly staff. Comfy place.

I liked that the staff was very nice and friendly, I also liked that the place looked modern. Pretty comfy room and bed. The location was great too.

Nice stay

Location is really central. Car park was easy to access. Staff really friendly. Bed comfortable and shower good temperature and pressure. Liked that coffee was provided! Allowed to leave our bags when we went for an over night hike which was really kind.

Only thing that brought our rating down was the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. You could hear everything said in the corridor and hear people walking around upstairs quite loudly. Which means we were woken by people coming in late.

Gutes und preisgünstiges Hotel im teuren Whistler.

Ein bezahlbares Hotel im ansonsten sehr teuren Whistler. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Ortskern von Whistler ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Man muß überall in Whistler für das Parken extra bezahlen, auch im Hotel. Die Außenparkplätze waren für die großen SUV's die nicht in die Tiefgarage passen reserviert. Wir waren so quasi "gezwungen" für 22 CAD pro Tag in der Tiefgarage zu parken.

How close it was to the village

There was a mouse in our room. The front desk said all they could do is move us to a different room and that one of our neighbours also had a mouse in their room. For the time we spent trying to get the mouse out of our room, I would hope the hotel would give us a discount.

Location was fine

I paid more than 500 for a one day stay, but it was one the most pathetic ones. Small rooms, single bed. Extra charges for parking.

Acceptable

Walls and ceiling were thin with ZERO insulation for noise. There was also sizable gaps in the front door and adjacent room door for all of the sound and even eyes to come through.

Good hotel for skiing in Whistler

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms good size and clean. Location just on edge of village is great as only short walk to lifts

No option to have breakfast at hotel at all - strange for a hotel of this size and with this star rating. Parking charge at $20 + taxes per day expensive but guess it is Whistler.

value for money, comfortable, flexible. I didn’t want food so was perfect but for some they would prefer a restaurant. hot tub great.

This is not a 4 Star hotel but is a good sized room with ski store in a good location

The hotel was in a good location, modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and modern, much more contemporary than brown wood and beige of most Canadian hotel rooms. Ski Store and boot warmer was available for use too.

The hotel is listed as four star on booking.com. It is not a 4 star hotel! There is no restaurant or any catering facilities. It is a room and ski store. There is a very small pool that was full of people drinking beer most of the time despite our stay falling on a quiet week. The staff informed us they were short staffed so our room would be cleaned only every 3 days without any apology or suggestion of compensation for the lower service.

Great location and it was clean but beware because you can hear what is happening in other rooms.

The walls are thin and you can hear what’s happening in the room next to you and above you. The people above us were really loud.

Good hotel that could have been great

Great location, nice room.

Unfortunately the room we had smelt of dog (the hazard of a dog friendly hotel I guess - although like smokers you’d think you could specify a room a dog has not been in?) and then they put a bachelorette party in the room next door. We had to move to a different part of the hotel, the receptionist was very helpful, but it was still an inconvenience

Looks nice, not as comfortable as we were expecting for the price.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, easy access to parking and public transport. Good speed of wifi and super friendly helpful staff.

Very noisy hotel, could hear people walking along the corridors and stomping around in their rooms above and below and on either side of ours. Was also a bit of a walk outside the main village which we weren't expecting. Our bed was pretty uncomfortable and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed.
