Going to beach ⛱️.

The breakfast was good. Pool was awesome 😎. Out side area was clean.

The bath tub was dirty and had a hair in it... And carpet was smelling like dirty water.

The price was reasonable. The location was was convenient.

Registration took a little bit than usual because wifi was not cooperating.

Passable

There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. When I went downstairs and asked for bedding the first night, they didn’t have any pillows or bedding. They gave me 2 sheets and the room was freezing with just a sheet. We also left with a several bites on our body and itchy skin.

The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be in the situation.

The room was not worth the price of the stay the rooms smelled like sewer and was offered air freshener for the smell. One of the worst stays I've ever had.

It was a decent stay

Breakfast was very good. Manager's Happy Hour was great to un-wind and some conversation with other guests. Staff was very friendly.

My room faced the highway and it was a bit noisy all night.

Room was hot AC not working, room smelled like mold, ants in both rooms and in one of the beds. Human throw up on pullout bed with ants and crumbs of old food?? No blankets/sheets in room to even use pullout It was the worst stay ever. Good in the morning was not full or restocked at 9am everything was empty!

Roaches in the hotel. Yes, plural. I told the front desk staff about it. They didn't seem that concern. First time I run into this issue at a hotel. I expect there to be roaches at a cheap motel, but not at a hotel I paid over $300.00 to stay at.

Disappointing

I liked that our room was by the exit door

The room smelled . The sheets had stains on them so you can tell they didn’t change them out. Both comforters on the double beds were so damn dirty you can tell they don’t wash them. The carpet felt gooey . The pool water felt thick and the water was greenish not blue . When we sat down to eat breakfast in the lobby, ants were covering the light above us and were falling all over My Husband and his plate while we ate. We couldn’t figure out where the ants were coming from for awhile until we looked up and saw the light fixture infested with ants . Our room key cards both kept going out so if we wanted to get in our room we had to keep going to the front desk and asking them to reset them . It was a horrible stay.

Good location while visiting family in calallen. Pretty clean and the staff was helpful.

Need a nightlight switch in the bathroom. The light and fan were tied together so could not keep a light on except the hallway which kept people up. Traveling with elderly mother in law so night light was a necessity. No plug or usb next to the bed. Had to charge my phone by the desk. Did see a ‘bug’ on the last day.

I did like the hot breakfast and the cleaning and staff. I like that we had access to the pool and the gym.

The room had a smell to it. Like stuffy. Also the ac was not blowing good circulation cold in the room. The temperature of the room was just ok. Not cold enough but not to hot either. The bed was not as comfortable as my other hotel stays at Hilton or the Hampton. It was just ok.

Disappointing.

Location was convenient to the Nursing home where my mother is.

The room had a harsh mildew smell the whole time. I used air freshener but it didn't help. AC did not cool enough and I had asked for extra pillows, they did not provide. Breakfast was not good. I get that it's a "free breakfast" but more effort into the quality of the cooked food was expected. Eggs tasted like powder eggs and the bacon was so thin and tasteless you could literally see through the bacon it was so thin.

It smelled very musty, there were ants in the room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and there were stains on the sheets of one of the beds. They did not have a bag for it dirty clothes. The room key did not work after the first day and had to be reprogrammed. The breakfast room was not open until 7:00am.
