This was our second stay because we are so happy with the condition of the property and it's proximity to shops, restaurants and the lakefront park. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The added bonus was the on-site Chinese restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
It would be great to be able to access the building from the rear parking area.

the hotel was ideally situated on the marina and across the road from the lake.
the hotel was VERY dated. Particularly common spaces like hallways, elevator and stairwells.
