Several of the shower bottles were empty which we easily got from the font desk.

The location and the suites we used for our big family were wonderful! We found the beds and couches very comfortable. The little deck was some good added space. The pool and hot tub were a great hit even on the rainy day we were there. We also used the kids room for 5 little ones to play in when the weather wasn't great!
There were some areas in our suite that needed help with cleanliness. However the response we had to help in these areas was quick, efficient, and helpful!

The suite was very cosy and quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed. Facilities were maintained in excellent condition. Location was very good away from the village core.
When I booked the place, it was not communicated that no housekeeping is provided. It was told to me one day prior to the stay when I received the arrival instructions.
