Good day.
Firstly allow me to say that my observations are made on the experience of "over 40 years in the F&B & Hotel industries" and as such I was not impressed with our stay especially when the price we paid was so high and not warranted.
The Bathroom in our room was terribly small (no need as there was plenty of room in the bedroom side that could easily accommodate a Bathroom expansion. Also the bathroom & toilet were so very small.
I am very disappointed with the lack of "Enviromental approach" in the serving of Breakfast - Plastic drink cups (for water, juice etc. and ONLY "Single use" Plastic cutlery; very, very poor "Enviroment Stewardship".
