Too noisy

Location

Good enough for the price.

Very fair value for this price, great breakfast.

Receptionist was very rude, definitely doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

The bed was the best part of the stay!

The beds were good. The food in the breakfast room was frozen not fresh and the attendant had an argument with a patron which made us very uncomfortable.

See above plus there was actual dirt on one of the beds and there was a hair in the coffee area. Also I didn’t find the bathroom Floor to be clean but the bathtub was good. Also there were no vending machines as advertised on the information and when I asked about it I was told the ice machine was a vending machine.

Disappointing

Staff and breakfast was first class.Located close to Jasper National Park.

We had a pet room that smelt of urine. Not a nice experience. Was promised by Manager a free night but he did not follow up as he promised. We have stayed over the years six times at this hotel & never had a problem. New manager talked the talk only.

Extremely disappointing

Nothing.

Booking.com failed to pass special request. I booked pet free room which wasn’t allotted. 2 rooms for family were allotted 2 levels away. I requested for a room with kitchenette, again they mentioned they didn’t receive the request from booking.com Booking.com showed me the room with kitchenette but booked a pet friendly room. Which is very poor.

Disappointing

the bed was vey comfortable.

housekeeping was very poor. carpet was not clean and the bathtub/shower was not clean.

our stay was acceptable with the exception of the ice situation.

no ice. they had 1 ice machine with an out of order sign on it, with 2 brand new ones sitting in the lobby

There was no luggage cart to haul the luggage from car to room.

Decent, not amazing

Clean room with good beds.

Most of the vending and ice machines were out of order. There was no lock on our bathroom door. The aircon unit rattled like crazy during the night and the lights in the lot behind the hotel were crazy bright.

Not bad, fix the shower controls, sense the hotel needs upgrade, the staff were very good.

Liked the reception lady, she was friendly and efficient and accommodating.

The shower control was not good, had to play and figure out, tho finally got hot water.

Nor a good stay

The hotel is breaking down. Elevator, ice machine, laundry room did not work. Got to our room and the AC was not working. They put us in another room but the lights, fan, and outlets were not working in the bathroom. Told them and only got $10 off for a $170 room. If I am paying that much, I expect things to work

We wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was close to stores and restaurants. Bedding seemed clean. Operable windows. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the floor. Hair in the shower. Shower water was cool/warm (couldn’t get hot water).

Location was good, but they don't have not any option in hot breakfast for the vegi persons, in omelet ham was included.

there should be a plain egg-fry option for the Vegi persons.

Location was great . Close to all amenities and to the hwy.

Toilet seat was broken which was brought to management attention however nothing was done . The one ice machine for entire hotel was broken . When told we were on the 2nd floor however the elevator was broken and requested the first floor one of the ladies at the front desk was not happy and definitely showed it .

Front desk lady was not friendly when we checked in. Also had to pay extra for the room. Elevator, phones, ice machine, laundry machine was out of service.

Phone number was out of service - no way to contact the hotel. When we arrived, staff less than helpful and not friendly - made us feel like an inconvenience. Did not stay - found another hotel close by.

I would not rebook

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable

I had to get our key rekeyed every day (we purposely kept it away from phones). Many things were not working - elevators and ice machine.
