All staff was very friendly and very helpful. One of them even moved his car so I would have a place to park.
The continental breakfast was more than adequate.
Nothing

Great hotel, walking distance to everything in downtown kelowna, really nice place.
Parking, underground not recommended for trucks, too small, very limited parking behind hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was walking distance to everything. Our car was too big to fit in the carpark however the hotel sorted us out with another parking space. The buffet breakfast was good.
Nothing. All was good.

Central location, and good free complimentary breakfast.
The area around the hotel is full of homeless people and heavy drug users, so the first impression is not good.
Rooms are a bit dated and the fitted carpet is smelly.
