Great base for a visit to Whistler. Apartment was very well-equipped, comfortable, clean and with lovely views.

Everything was good except receptionists were very unwelcoming.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit and it was large enough to accommodate me and my family. It has beautiful view over the mountains.

All the receptionist during chick in and out were somehow rude because their tone is like threatening you and they even don’t smile at all.

Loved the facility, customer service a pass at best.

Clean and spacious. Great view. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need.

Front desk staff were not warm. Apathetic attitude towards customer service. Felt like I was inconveniencing them asking for help and asking questions. For the price and the reviews I read I expected more.

CHARGED FOR PARKING- WHEN WE DIDNT EVEN PARK THERE

Facility was ok. Clean rooms

Customer service charge for parking ,when we didnt even park at the location. While checkout, they confirmed no charges ,your are good to go. Later charges appeared on my bank statement

Fantastic hotel. Only wish we had booked longer

Fantastic hotel, your own apartment really. Loved the kitchen and having a washer/dryer so I am not returning home with 2 weeks washing. We wish we had booked longer. 10 mins out of the centre by car but the area has its own little community with restaurants and grocery store. Loved it.

Perfect place for a quick getaway.

The 3 bedrooms plus the sofa bed accommodated our needs. Loved the covered patio. Having a full kitchen was great! Location allowed us to watch the bikers on the mountain. The kids loved having access to the pool. Although we didn’t require housekeeping, they checked in every day to see if we needed anything.

A few minor things. The lights in both bathrooms were very dim. The shower door in the bedroom with a king suite had parts sitting on the floor. The front desk was great about getting maintenance to fix this issue. The blanket in the storage chest had been well used (holes in the blanket). Also a couple of the bath towels had holes. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace.

Epic!!

The location was perfect and all the staff was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

My son slept on the pull out couch and it was very difficult keep the room warm with the little space heater that was provided. He woke up cold every morning.

We enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stayed longer. Very comfortable.

Well equipped with kitchen necessities and all towels and blankets were in the room for 4 people.

we loved legends - I’d definitely recommend to others

Best location, staff and facilities were all fabulous for a family staying 10 days. Alice the concierge was incredibly capable and just so lovely to deal with.

We stayed in room 401 - 3 bed apt which was awesome but bit noisy in the early mornings -around 4am - with gondola works/snow scaper etc but not a deal breaker. We also had an issue on a couple nights where Dusty’s bar was blaring music after hours which was unbearable as our room looked directly over it. Alice the concierge sorted that out very quickly though.

loved the accommodation and quietness of Creekside except for Dusty’s playing very loud music to outside where no one wa

Spacious and clean. Friendly staff. For intermediate skiers and Kids the Creekside Gondola next door was perfect to explore Whistler Mountain.

For beginner adult skiers the Creekside Gondola was little use as the runs were too challenging. This requires travelling by public bus to Whistler Village for ski lessons. More a hassle and time cost really.
