Room was in good conditions. Vinly floors. Sheets looked clean. Room smell good. Tv had alot of channels. Quiet room.
The hallway needs work. The lights in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

I loved the staff, very friendly.
I was charged 25$ from my kids having juice stains on 1 sheet. It made me very upset as I know for facts and by law sheets have to be washed with a high grade detergent and stain would have come out. I could of understood if it was kool-aid as that can be very hard to get out.

House keeping staff was phenomenal! Always up for conversation or jokes, and made the stay feel like home away from home!
