It’s in a decent location and was easy to check in and out.
It was pretty run down. The AC was leaking onto the floor. The bathroom was very dated and dingy feeling.

Central location, lively neighborhood, walking distance to many convenient restaurants, coffee shops, tattoo parlors, dive bars, etc. also the hotel restaurant was amazing!
The staff at the front desk seemed to be a bit annoyed, our shower tub and sink filled up relatively quickly after turning on the water, but besides that, our stay was great for a night in the city before heading home.

Love the aesthetic and room mural. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Showing a little age here and there, but nothing that would detract really. Location is great, right by some of my favorite spots. No complaints there!
The split between the two hotels, and needing to check in across the street. Not sure if I missed that in communications, but I didn't see the signs and had to find a staff member to ask. Really, just the split facilities... the food and drink being across the street. Small complaint, though, not big.

Location. The Next Hotel was nice. Had one night there.
The motel part is meh. Clean but not very comfortable.
