Quality Suites

Easy access, close to town, but quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, included breakfast was very good.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Good lighting and lots of outlets.

It all looks very nice and pretty and luxurious when you look quick. The staff is very nice and professional. Nice pool and gym area. They accept pets. Nice and friendly staff. Includes hot breakfast, even tho the eggs, for some reason, are ALWAYS cold, the reste is delicious. Love the coffee available at all times.

The toilet seat was broken, there were 4 of us to use the toilet and shower in the morning and we couldn't put the fan on in the bathroom. I asked the front desk, and she said the guests can't control the bathroom fan because it starts on its own on a timer. How does the timer know someone just used the bathroom and need the fan to switch on? The fan didn't turn on once while we were there. It is pretty disgusting, and I have never seen anything like this. Sorry about my choice of word, but it is pretty much the most stupid thing I have ever seen in my life in a hotel. It is really disgusting to have 4 adult guests in a room without a bathroom fan. We had to stay in the room to have our breakfast because we had dogs in the room and it is understandable but it was the most disgusting thing I had to do, to eat breakfast in a small room after 4 adults used the bathroom without being able to have a fan in the bathroom to air out. I am totally disgusted, and I don't understand why such a big hotel like Quality Suite thinks it is ok!!!! DISGUSTING. As I left, I showed a video I had taken of a leaking window in the room...we had left our phones on the window trim because it is wide and looks like you can use that space for your things and we woke up with yellow dirty water from outside. We dried our phones, and it was no big deal, but when I showed it to the front desk, she didn't seem surprised and said oh ya...as se already knew...didn't even take notes of it or apologize. Why do you think it is ok to rent out a room with a broken toilet seat and a window that leaks dirty water and no fan with 4 adults using the bathroom? AND CHARGE US FULL PRICE FOR IT IF IT'S NOT DECENT??? I have no problem paying 300$ + for a room, but it has to be in working condition. It is sad because I stayed there a few times and loved the facility, but when you add everything together, it feels like I wasted my money and got laugh at.
