Many hot tubs, clean and updated rooms, continental breakfast delivered to the door

Dirty hot tubs, very cold outdoor pool, indoor pool liner is crinkled almost everywhere so it’s uncomfortable to stand.

Secure place for our bicycles. Comfortable bed. Hot tub was nice.

Too expensive based on value received

This place needs a complete renovation. False room advertisement - unless the entire place was occupied and the room we paid $600+ was the absolute last room and we were the last checked in. Even so, rm 107 should have been discounted, it was NOT with the money. I asked for another room and was basically ignored. We didn’t fight push back because we drove from Brooklyn NY and hiked before arriving. Mildewed tile in shower and tub, loose toilet bowl seat (had to ask for it to be fixed!): one of the room wall was window to pool- great if you want to see people in pool and want them to see you in your room. This was a non-refundable prepaid booking so we stayed for another night. No room cleaning - lady at desk said it was busy and didn’t get to our room, they were going to have their dinner. I said ok, we’ll be back by 7pm, take trash out- came back to same trash - no apologies. It’s “you get what you get type of place, and we don’t have to do anything else for you”. After all my years of traveling (58 yrs), this was the one of three places I remember as being bad. Costco croissant and muffin, cold boiled egg, no hot coffee/tea, bottled juice, paper plates / plastic utensils, apple/orange. Brought to room by grumpy young lady - breakfast all wrapped in plastic. If you think that’s a great breakfast experience, then it’s good for you. NOT worth the extra money at all. The lady at the front didn’t even try to arrange a different room for us. She knew it was wrong.
