How close it was to the falls
Washroom had no hooks to hang up the clothes. Water tap on the sink was leaking

The location was terrific, just steps away from Clifton Road, restaurants, the Falls and the fireworks show. At the same time, it was very quiet. We got a good night's sleep. The room was clean, attractive and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. We'd definitely stay here again.
It would be nice if the room had a coffee maker.

Location is amazing and we could walk to all the attractions .
The owner was very welcoming and accommodating for parking our car.
Bed wasn’t comfortable and there was no way to make or get a coffee.

Proximity to the falls.
Rooms are not up to standard, with improvised lighting and electric outlets. Full size bed instead of Queen bed.
