A little disappointed in a way that I had informed during the booking process that it was our anniversary trip and usually hotels do surprise by something even little but that makes a difference, but here at Sheraton, no one even knew about it, nobody even wished us - also even no effort was put in to give us a nicer room - the bathroom was too little. All in all, not even a minute effort was made to make this a special stay.
Lack of communication, and usually no staff was available at the front desk, although to my understanding, this is a 24/7 front desk

Location close to a major mall
Overpriced and they ended up charging me 3 times over on my credit card and a one night stay ended up deducting $900 from my card and it has still not been refunded even after calling management and advising them of the issue
They are treating this issue at the slowest of paces
