Clean. Friendly staff. No detail forgotten.
It’s an old building and the hallway carpet very grubby. Despite looking slightly rundown in the common areas, my room and washroom was exceptionally clean.

The location is very good. Right beside a metro. The breakfast is nice. The location feels safe.
The toilet would not flush. I had to press the button and hold it multiple times.
The shower is tiny. 2x2 ft max. Not enjoyable at all. For a hotel I would expect an enjoyable shower.
I was moved to a nicer room for my last night, however the ac machines are right beside the window and the noise was extremely loud at night. I was asked how my stay was on leaving, and I mentioned the noise from the AC, a male staff members responsed that I am too sensitive. A strange comment to make to a solo female who was being truthful on her stay and the noise.
I paid 256 cad dollar per night and it is not worth this price. The accomadation is more of a b+b or a pension than a hotel and should be labelled as such.
