Location downtown
Parking is way too expensive and the breakfast protein options could be improved

I like the fact that it’s downtown and it’s an alternative that is economical on the pocket
What I didn’t like was the old furniture and Carpet that’s in the room. I think they could modernise it a little bit, but the bathroom was amazing.

Convenient location. Close to subway, bus and bike rentals. It’s really what sells the hotel. Great cafés nearby.
Fresh towels.
Good music in lobby.
Fridge and microwave in room.
Air conditioner in room was broken and I wasn’t informed until after I checked in.
Breakfast is limited to carbs with no protein options. Coffee was weak.
Elevator continues to have issues.
I did late checkout through the booking.com email and was charged extra for it upon checkout.
Gym was dirty. Foam roller needs to be replaced.
