Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom, well equipped and everything worked (although some of the bathroom fittings were a bit wobbly). Nice welcome pack and good to have complimentary coffee and tea machines in the lobby.
Room was a bit dark and gloomy, not too much natural light from the window. Would have preferred a breakfast buffet, though what was on offer to buy was adequate and quite tasty.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past decade. It is our go-to place when we want to go to Montréal for a concert or show. It's central to everything, the staff are nice, and the coffee is great.
The room was freezing cold. No matter what temperature we put the thermostats to, it would pump out heat very slowly and we were quite uncomfortable the whole night. The bathroom was warmer than our room.
